Training Next Volunteer Facilitator Training: January 2012 Josie's Place is pleased to announce that we will be conducting a training this winter for those interested in becoming a volunteer facilitator for our on-going evening groups and 10-week school-based groups. We are looking for individuals who have had experience with children or teens, and experience with death and grief - or who have a sincere interest in this work. Applicants must be willing to make a one-year commitment to Josie's Place. The families and students we support come from diverse ethnic and racial communities. People of color and bi-lingual speakers are encouraged to apply. We will hold information meetings on Monday, November 28th from 7-9PM, Wednesday, November 30th from 7-9PM and on Monday, December 5th from 7-9 PM for those who are interested in learning more about this volunteer opportunity. Attendance at one of these meetings is required if you wish to participate in the training.

There will be future in-service trainings to be announced at a later date.
